It's fast and accurate.

With three servo carriages and bundling stations, the system is designed to strap more than four bundles of 2.25” strip flooring per minute. At 19.5 s.f. per bundle, that translates into a through-put capacity exceeding 46,000 square feet in a 10-hour shift. Even greater efficiencies can be realized with wider widths.

The Nesting System provides a noticeable reduction in sorting and packaging manpower. Manufacturers will lower expenses while maintaining or increasing productivity. By lowering the cost per unit, profit margins can be maximized.
